Abstract

This work introduces a new, unified description of reality — Informational Cosmology — which explains all major cosmic phenomena without invoking singularities, inflation, dark-energy fields, or undiscovered particles. In this model, the universe forms when two or more large equilibrium waves in a timeless Sea collide, creating a spinning vortex that seals itself inside a spherical Bubble. This primordial vortex heats and stirs trapped energy, activates dormant information, and eventually slows to the precise conditions required for matter formation. The dying vortex’s bulging equator naturally produces cosmic flatness and large-scale structure. Dark energy arises from equilibrium reclaiming the Bubble from the outside inward. Redshift emerges from informational decay. Black holes are motion-quenching shocks that return matter to equilibrium. Cosmic expansion, star-formation history, galaxy evolution, and the ultimate heat death of the universe all follow from the slowing of the primordial vortex. This paper unifies matter, dark matter, dark energy, redshift, the CMB, black holes, time, and cosmic evolution under one mechanism — the rotational birth and thermodynamic dissolution of a Bubble in the eternal Sea.
