Despite extensive research on post-COVID conditions worldwide, data specific to Asian populations, remain limited. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to address this gap by providing comprehensive, region-specific evidence on the prevalence and spectrum of long-term COVID-19 sequelae in Asia, thereby facilitating the development of targeted rehabilitation programs to address current challenges and inform health policies aimed at mitigating these consequences
