Key Points

  • This work aims to redefine gravitational phenomena without relying on traditional spacetime geometry.
  • Utilized the Entanglement-Algebraic Spacetime framework to analyze gravitational phenomena.
  • Showed how various gravitational phenomena arise from interface-level readouts of scalar assignments.
  • Proposed two encoding strategies: metric encoding and scalar-optical encoding.
  • Demonstrated that relativistic gravitational effects emerge without a geometric structure.
  • Established that General Relativity acts as a unique geometric compression of interface readouts.
  • Revealed that geometry is an artifact of the interface rather than a fundamental aspect of gravity.

Abstract

This paper is archived as a speculative research work. General Relativity is usually interpreted as a fundamental theory of spacetime geometry. In thiswork we show that this interpretation is not requiredand in fact obscures the true origin of gravitational phenomena. Within the EntanglementAlgebraic Spacetime (EAS) framework, the kernel contains no spacetime, no geometry, and no dynamics. It contains only a dimensionless scalar assignment Φ : X → R on an otherwise unstructured index set. All admissibility, constraint, causality, and geometry arise only as interface-level readouts of coarse-grained scalars Φℓ = Gℓ Φ.Previous papers in this series demonstrated how classical mechanics and Newtonian gravity arise asxed points of interface headroom readouts Aℓ (Φℓ ), without any geometric structure in the kernel. Here we show how relativistic gravitational phenomenagravitational redshift, light bending, causalhorizons, and black holesarise when admissibility variation exceeds the representational capacityof the classical interface. We demonstrate that two distinct interface strategies are available: a metric encoding that leads uniquely to the Einstein eld equations, and an EAS-native scalar-optical encoding that reproduces the same observable phenomena without introducing spacetime geometry. General Relativity is therefore not a fundamental description of gravity, but the unique stable geometric compression of headroom readout Aℓ (Φℓ ). Geometry is an interface artifact, not an ontological primitive. The true content of gravity is the RCR of headroom encoded by Aℓ (Φℓ ); flow is an interface description, not a kernel process.
