Abstract

Abstract Across the world, excessive and uncontrolled sexual desire has become a profound human crisis, manifesting in sexual violence, rape, murder, moral degradation, and widespread psychological disorders. Despite remarkable progress in medical science, psychology, law, and governance, this problem continues to intensify rather than diminish. This research paper argues that the root cause of abnormal sexual behavior lies not merely in individual pathology, legal failure, or moral weakness, but in a deep-seated deficiency of cognitive awareness, mental development, and holistic human education. Unlike most non-human species, whose sexual drive is regulated by biological cycles, human sexual desire operates without a fixed temporal or natural boundary. When combined with ignorance, unhealthy lifestyle practices, inherited disorders, and socio-cultural stimulation, sexual desire becomes pathological and uncontrollable. This paper presents a theoretical and psychosocial analysis of abnormal sexual arousal, rape behavior, and compulsive sexual practices, and proposes MahaManan—a mind-development-based educational and therapeutic system rooted in MahaBada philosophy and MahaDharma (Human Dharma)—as a comprehensive preventive and corrective framework.
