ITE influences not only personal development. Despite government poverty alleviation efforts, class disparities persist, posing challenges for future generations. This essay evaluates China’s educational policies to break the ITE cycle by enhancing access, quality, and equity in education. The study analyzes policy mechanisms and their impacts and demonstrates their effectiveness in addressing ITE. By tackling key strategies, initiatives to reduce educational poverty pave the way for a more inclusive learning environment. This approach guarantees that every individual, regardless of financial background or gender, has an equal shot at quality education.
