Abstract

Coherence behavior in the MID/QC framework emerges from tension geometry, substrate primitives, and propagation channels. This paper develops the unified architecture of coherence dynamics, introducing mode locking, resonance formation, propagation stability, and substrate evolution as interconnected substrate‑native processes. Coherence modes are shown to stabilize through tension‑minimizing geometries, while resonance emerges from constructive alignment of coherence channels. Propagation is reframed as gradient‑guided coherence flow, and substrate evolution is modeled as the long‑timescale restructuring of coherence wells and tension fields. This work provides the dynamical backbone of the Applied Substrate Series, linking routing, photonics, magnetism, thermal behavior, and field emergence to a single coherence‑driven substrate architecture.
