Abstract

Current autonomous flight systems face a multi-trillion dollar "Latency Wall" that prevents the safe scaling of small-scale aircraft and Urban Air Mobility (UAM). Standard digital sensors and chemical neural pathways are inherently limited by sampling rate bottleneck processing delays, rendering small craft vulnerable to atmospheric turbulence. This paper introduces the Integrated Avian Kinetic Chain (IAKC) as a revolutionary aero-engineering blueprint. By utilizing Solid-State Tri-Axial Kinetic Triangulation—a geometric matrix formed by the Head (Vestibular), the Furcula (Pro-Thoracic Transducer), and the Synsacrum/Lumbosacral Organ (Pelvic Vibrometer) —the avian model achieves sub-millisecond mechanical computation via bone conduction at approximately 3000 m/s. This system bypasses the "Neural Latency Paradox, " allowing for near-instantaneous correction of 3D force vectors (Lift, Thrust, and Turbulence).
