Abstract

This work presents a conservative and fully stationary phenomenological analysis of regular black-bounce compact objects constructed from a smooth geometric regularization of spherically symmetric spacetimes. Building on the geometric baseline established in Article I, observable quantities are formulated in terms of a pseudo-radial coordinate with a non-vanishing areal radius, ensuring regularity at the core. The analysis focuses exclusively on the neutral sector and addresses: (i) null and timelike geodesic structures relevant to shadow morphology and photon-ring features; (ii) circular-orbit proxies, including the ISCO and thin-disk radiative efficiency; and (iii) conservative geometric time-delay scales associated with throat-mediated propagation. All results are presented as parameter-space discriminants rather than event identifications. For completeness, a charged (RN-like) extension consistent with effective magnetic nonlinear electrodynamics realizations is summarized in an appendix, strictly as stationary geometric context. No claims are made regarding dynamical formation, nonlinear stability, or direct observational detection. The present work is restricted to classical, static, and spherically symmetric configurations.
