Abstract

This paper introduces a neuroplasticity-based protocol designed for cognitive recovery in the context of modern digital fatigue and chronic stress. Moving beyond passive relaxation, the study proposes an active "Quiet State" framework to prime the brain for long-term potentiation (LTP) and synaptic consolidation. By integrating Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR), Box Breathing, and Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), the protocol targets specific neurobiological pathways, including the vagal nerve and the default mode network (DMN). This research, supported by Prehealthly Research, provides a practical application matrix for individuals recovering from burnout, digital overstimulation, and mild cognitive impairment.
