Abstract A 75-year-old White woman was seen in the dermatology clinic for evaluation of a skin lesion on the right shin of unknown duration. The lesion’s slightly atypical appearance made it stand out from the other benign moles present. An excisional biopsy was performed to reach a definitive diagnosis.
