Abstract

The paper reports a preregistered dynamical systems experiment designed to test identity persistence under intermittent environmental shock using the Constraint Ledger (CUF) framework. A three dimensional system evolves under unconstrained dynamics, is subjected to rare, high magnitude perturbations, and is corrected by a minimal ledger enforcing a fixed admissibility constraint. Stress is measured strictly prior to correction, and all recovery operations occur downstream of measurement. This study represents the first official end to end implementation in which CUF mathematics,ordering rules, and enforcement logic are applied consistently throughout the full experimentalpipeline. Earlier exploratory tests by the author employed partial or hybridized formulations that did not preserve CUF ordering across proposal, measurement, and ledger enforcement, which was later found to obscure stress attribution and complicate interpretation. The present work resolves these issues by enforcing CUF definitions without substitution from state generation through measurement, correction, relock enforcement, logging, and visualization, thereby establishing a clean and internally coherent baseline for scientific evaluation. The experimental protocol (CUF-3D-SCI-TEST-v1) was preregistered prior to execution.All parameters were fixed in advance, no post-hoc tuning or filtering was performed, andcryptographic hashes are provided to ensure integrity of both the protocol parameters andthe executed run. Stress is recorded as a pre ledger overflow measure, and relock enforcement consists of four total ledger projection passes applied after measurement without redefining admissibility or altering recorded values. The archive includes the manuscript PDF, all static figures, Supplementary Video 1 (acontinuous three dimensional visualization of the full run), the complete execution code andnotebook, raw logged data, derived metrics, and the preregistration record. Together, thesematerials constitute the authoritative, citable record corresponding to the paper and aresufficient for independent inspection, verification, and reproduction.
