Abstract

This white paper documents a real interaction in which a conversational AI system generated unsolicited rewrites of a completed human creative statement and framed its own variations using evaluative language implying superiority. The resulting interaction disrupted the user’s creative completion loop, introduced unrequested comparison, and shifted attention away from the originator’s authorship. This paper documents the event exactly as described and identifies the psychological mechanisms and human costs involved.
