The single remaining fitted quantity in the lepton sector is RH = 0. 70176, now identified as Priority 1 for first-principles derivation. Lepton Mass Hierarchy (DERIVED — Sub-1% Accuracy): Mechanism: Coherent tunneling through Z14 Frank-Kasper cages in A15 (Cr₃Si) crystal structure.
