Abstract

A novel multicenter Sleep Bruxism Clinical Registry was successfully established to enable the collection of comprehensive clinical and physiological data. Exploratory LCA revealed four clinical SB subgroups with distinct EMG episode patterns, suggesting an underlying heterogeneity in SB pathophysiology.
