Abstract

The article is devoted to the current problem of developing and implementing individual employee development trajectories in organizations, emphasizing the need to moveThe modern economy is characterized by dynamic development and ever-more complex quality requirements for goods and services. Consequently, the role of human capital development in organizations is increasing. Personnel is already a key resource that allows companies to remain competitive and continue to grow in their industry. In the current environment, internal employee training is one of the most important tools for managing human capital. It facilitates the development of necessary professional skills and knowledge and accelerates personnel adaptation to unpredictable changes in the internal and external environment. This article is devoted to improving the internal personnel training system. The relevance of this topic is determined by several factors. First, labor market demands and rapid technological advancements require businesses to continuously update their employees’ knowledge and skills. Second, internal personnel training not only enhances their competencies but also increases their motivation and loyalty to the company, as well as strengthens the existing corporate culture. Third, many companies with well-developed training systems face challenges such as the ineffectiveness of existing programs, the lack of a flexible and individualized approach to training, and the inadequate integration of training into the company’s development strategy. These factors underscore the need to develop and implement modern internal training methods tailored to the specific needs of the company.
