Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) are rapidly reshaping the way digital systems operate across multiple sectors. By enabling intelligent automation and data-based analysis, these technologies improve efficiency and service quality. However, their growing adoption also raises concerns related to data privacy, bias information, misinformation, and unethical use. Many AI systems depend on imperfect data and lack human judgment, which can lead to unreliable or harmful outcomes if used without awareness.This focuses on the need for understanding AI and ML limitations and risks. Strengthening user awareness and digital responsibility is essential to ensure that these technologies support social progress in a safe and sustainable manner.
