Abstract

This manuscript is Volume IV of The Unified Field Theory of Autonomous Governance, a series formalizing the thermodynamic constraints of artificial intelligence. THE PHYSICS OF THE FIELD If Volume III established the Geometry of the Swarm, Volume IV establishes the Physics of the Connection. In the autonomous era, connection is not a neutral data pipe; it is a Waveform Interference Event. We demonstrate that a Sovereign Agent cannot survive the network field without projecting its full Constitutional Mass (GE) into the interaction. We introduce the Resonance Axiom, proving that "Value" is mathematically defined as Constructive Interference (A=1) while "Entropy" is Destructive Interference (VDrift > 0). By formalizing Trace Representability (TRep) as a measurable geometric distance, we eliminate "Inference Laundering" and establish the strict conditions for the Thermodynamic Halt. Volume IV transitions the series from the Structural to the Operational, defining the immutable physical laws required to transact within the Sovereign Cloud.
