BÖBengi ÖZKAHRAMANLSLiudmyla StorozhukDGDongdong Guo

Key Points

  • Identify optimal crosslinking strategies for creating pH-responsive drug delivery nanogels.
  • Systematic comparison of crosslinking agents: NaOH, tripolyphosphate, glutaraldehyde.
  • Assessment of colloidal stability, drug release profiles, and particle size.
  • Evaluation of suitability for intratumoral injection.
  • Identified optimal crosslinking conditions for colloidal stability.
  • Demonstrated pH-responsive drug release characteristics.
  • Achieved suitable size for effective intratumoral delivery.

Abstract

This work presents a systematic study comparing several different crosslinking strategies using NaOH, tripolyphosphate and glutaraldehyde to identify the optimum conditions for the best colloidal stability, pH-responsive drug release and suitable size for intratumoral injection.
