Abstract

There is a theory of nuclear reactions that explains the change in the elemental composition of the Earth's crust compared to the elemental composition of interstellar matter. Since the temperature at the formation of the Earth's crust was four orders of magnitude lower than the temperature at which Cold Fusion is expected to occur, doubts arise regarding the validity of this approach.
