This dataset contains the supplementary tables (Tables S1–S3) associated with the mini review entitled “A curated list of candidate genetic variants relevant to the interpretation of the Athlete Biological Passport,” currently under peer review in Drug Testing and Analysis. The tables compile curated genetic variants relevant to the steroidal, hematological, and endocrine modules of the Athlete Biological Passport (ABP), including variant annotation, inheritance patterns, functional notes, and supporting literature references. Access to this dataset is restricted during peer review and will be made publicly available upon publication.
