Abstract

Guillain-Barré症候群（GBS）は，先行感染後に発症する免疫介在性末梢神経障害である．一般的に予後は良好といわれるが，呼吸器麻痺が進行し，人工呼吸器管理を余儀なくされる症例も約15％存在し，重症例では後遺症が残存することもある．リハビリテーション治療方針は，急性期は廃用症候群の予防，回復期は可及的速やかな筋負荷を中心とした集学的リハビリテーションの実施，生活期はできる限りの継続が主体である．Fisher症候群は外眼筋麻痺・運動失調・腱反射消失を3徴とするGBSの臨床亜型であるが，予後良好な疾患であり，リハビリテーション治療としては症状に応じた対応を行う．GBSのリハビリテーション診療の課題は多く，質の高いエビデンス構築が望まれる．
