A new, modern interpretation of the term ideology is proposed, in which this term is defined as a general philosophical and semantically meaning the name of an important epistemological method. The polemics contain an indication of the narrow contextual specificity of the first experiments in the use of the term in the works of French philosophers of the 19th century and a different semantic basis. On the example of the practical use of this method, the study defines and formulates the basic features of human intelligence. Based on the practical use of this method, the basic features of human intelligence are determined and formulated in the study. Based on further research into human syntactic perception and syntactically structured human responses to perceptions, we are trying to determine how AI architecture will be organized and whether its work can only be organized taking into account positive, humanitarian goal-setting. Efforts to develop AI based on professional approaches, rather than on an exceptionally narrow vision from the standpoint of the technical implementation of some theoretically unjustified task related to increasing the productivity of individual services and technological processes, are evaluated. The need for ontological research in the philosophy of AI in its ideal form, as it should be, and the definition of its state today is emphasized. Attention is also paid to the logical and semantic definition of the term Artificial Intelligence. It has been argued that the term does not capture the ultimate goals or ambitions of this technology industry, but is only referred to as such for the purpose of marketing success. The AI models being created in their architectural foundations are proposed to be compared with the basic natural organization of human intelligence. Based on a comparison of the basic elements of human intelligence and AI, the study concludes that they have nothing in common.
