Abstract No patches of snow from winter 2024/2025 survived to winter 2025/2026, with the last melting fully on the record‐early date of 6 August 2025. This is the fourth year in a row that all snow in Scotland has completely disappeared, and the tenth time in total since reliable records were started in the mid‐1840s.
