Land tenure security is a critical issue in African countries, particularly in Rwanda where land laws have undergone significant reforms. The analysis is conducted through a literature review and comparative case study approach, examining official government documents and academic research publications. The study underscores the need for sustained efforts towards legal clarity and administrative support to ensure effective land tenure security policies are implemented. Recommendations include enhancing judicial capacity, providing more comprehensive training to government officials, and promoting public awareness campaigns on new land laws.
