Abstract

Sustainable development in Cameroon's business contexts is increasingly recognised as crucial for achieving long-term economic growth and environmental sustainability. No empirical data or statistical analysis are provided; instead, a qualitative approach is adopted to analyse existing literature and case studies. While sustainable development in Cameroon's businesses is promising, there are challenges related to funding, policy frameworks, and stakeholder engagement that need addressing for broader implementation. Government incentives and partnerships with private sector entities can drive the adoption of sustainable practices. Additionally, strengthening environmental regulations and enhancing public awareness programmes would be beneficial.
