Abstract

Health systems in Africa have faced significant challenges during epidemics, necessitating resilience strategies to mitigate adverse effects. The research employs a comparative case study approach, leveraging secondary data from reputable sources including government reports and academic journals. Qualitative thematic analysis is used to synthesize findings across the selected countries.
