Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqot ishida Euphorbia ferganensis o‘simligidan biologik faol modda - euforbin polifenolini ajratib olishning samarali va iqtisodiy jihatdan maqbul ekstraksiya texnologiyasi ishlab chiqildi. Ekstraksiya jarayonida erituvchi turi, harorat, vaqt, xomashyo zarracha o‘lchami va erituvchi/xomashyo nisbati kabi omillarning ta’siri o‘rganildi. Optimal sharoit sifatida 70% etanol, 45°C harorat, 1:15 nisbat va 90 daqiqa davomiylik eng yuqori chiqim (12,8%) bergani aniqlandi. Olingan ekstraktning polifenol miqdori spektrofotometrik usulda baholandi.
