Objectives: Mandibular reconstruction using a double-barrel fibula flap places vascularized bone fragments in both the alveolar region and the lower border of the mandible, reconstructing a three-dimensional mandibular structure to maintain masticatory function using dental implants. However, factors such as postoperative radiation therapy and advanced age hinder implant placement.
