Abstract

Конденсацией изониазида или 2,4-динитрофенилгидразина с замещёнными 5-ацетил-1,3-диоксанами селективно получены соответствующие производные — гидразиды и гидразоны. Определены условия, обеспечивающие препаративное выделение целевых соединений с близкими к количественным выходами. Оценена антиагрегационная и антикоагуляционная активность синтезированных веществ. Установлено, что среди полученных соединений наибольшую антиагрегационную активность проявляет 1-(5-метил-1,3-диоксан-5-ил)этанон (2,4-динитрофенил)гидразон, а антикоагуляционную — 1-(5-изопропил-1,3-диоксан-5-ил)этанон (2,4-динитрофенил)гидразон.
