Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) have been increasingly adopted in rural water supply initiatives to enhance service delivery and accessibility. The comparative analysis employs quantitative data from two rural communities implementing different PPP models for water supply. Data collection includes pre- and post-project surveys measuring hygiene practices and disease prevalence. A notable finding is that the community with an integrated health-focused PPP model saw a significant reduction in diarrheal diseases by 25% compared to the control group. Public-Private Partnerships can effectively improve water supply services, leading to tangible improvements in community health outcomes when aligned with public health objectives.
