This study evaluates regional monitoring networks in Ethiopia to assess clinical outcomes through panel data estimation methods. Panel data from Ethiopian healthcare systems will be used, employing a fixed effects model with robust standard errors to account for unobserved heterogeneity. A notable trend in mortality rates was observed across regions monitored by the networks, suggesting potential improvements in health care delivery. The panel-data estimation approach revealed significant correlations between network coverage and improved clinical outcomes. Further research should focus on expanding monitoring capabilities to underserved areas and validating results with additional data sources.
