Abstract

This work presents the first experimental confirmation of a universal, dimensionless invariant emerging from a closed quartic variational functional: the Livolsi constant LLL, defined through the spectral ratio L2=S/CL^2 = S/CL2=S/C. Using eleven years of public interferometric data (LIGO O1–O3 and Virgo), we show that the invariant is detector-independent, era-independent, anddynamically stable even under extreme curvature events such as GW150914. After geometric normalization, all datasets converge to the theoretical valueL2=16L^2 = 16L2=16, satisfying rigorous Popperian criteria for non-falsification. The results imply a fundamental reversal in the hierarchy of physical constants: the quartic functional is primary, LLL is its first emergent invariant, anddimensional constants such as αα, hhh, ccc, and GGG arise asderived quantities associated with specific spectral sectors. This establishes LLL as the most primitive numerical descriptor of thevariational structure of the vacuum, opening the possibility of a unifiedderivation of physical constants from a single, universal invariant.
