Comparative Effectiveness of Adolescent Reproductive Health Programmes in Ghanaian and Senegalese Primary Schools,

Adolescent reproductive health programmes in schools have been implemented to promote knowledge and practices among young people. A comparative study design was employed, analysing data from surveys conducted in both countries over a decade. In Ghana, there was a significant increase (p<0. 05) of 15% in students' knowledge scores compared to baseline levels after the programme implementation. The Senegalese programmes showed higher student engagement and more consistent outcomes across different schools, indicating effective strategies for health education. Schools should tailor their curricula to include local contexts and promote continuous teacher training in adolescent reproductive health. The empirical specification follows Y=₀+^ X+, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
