生成aiをはじめとする技術革新が進み，仕事のあり様も刻々と変化している中，令和を生きる学生達はどのようなキャリア探索を行っていったらよいのだろうか。ご登壇の先生方からは，大学生のキャリア意識，円滑な就職に至るまでの心理的過程，キャリアレジリエンスなどについての話題提供をいただく予定である。学生や若手の指導に関わる場面において，あるいは認定心理士として様々な仕事に従事されている皆様が今後のキャリアパスを考える上での参考ともすべく，参加者の方々との議論を深めていきたい。
