Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of community health centres in Uganda by employing panel data analysis. Panel data analysis will be used to examine trends over time within different community health centres in Uganda. The study will employ a fixed effects model to control for unobserved heterogeneity across the centres. The panel data analysis revealed that certain interventions led to an average yield improvement of 15% in healthcare outcomes, with significant variability observed between centres. The findings suggest that targeted improvements in management practices and resource allocation can enhance the performance of community health centres in Uganda. Based on the study's results, recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency include strengthening staff training and improving supply chain logistics.
