Lancet Gastroenterol Hepatol 2025; 10: 634–47—In this Article, the third sentence of the legend to figure 2 should read: “The blue encircled points denote people who benefit from the i-Metabolic or m-Metabolic signature in predicting pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (false negatives with CA 19-9 alone), and orange encircled points represent people who benefit by avoiding misdiagnosis (false positives with CA 19-9 alone).” This correction has been made as of March 11, 2026.
