A qualitative approach is employed to explore case studies and secondary data from relevant government reports, academic literature, and interviews conducted with stakeholders. This analysis underscores the need for more equitable resource management policies that prioritise local development and welfare over short-term economic gains. Stakeholders should advocate for transparent governance structures and inclusive decision-making processes to ensure sustainable utilization of Congo's natural resources.
