Abstract

The Myo Min Aung Unified Theory (MUT v7.20) presents a comprehensive scalar-tensor extension of General Relativity introducing a universal scalar resonance field Φ and the fundamental constant fMCR = c/mp. The framework aims to unify physical phenomena from nuclear scales to cosmology using a single microphysical constant.The theory has been tested through 50 blind tests covering nuclear physics, atomic constants, stellar structure, galaxy rotation curves, cosmology, particle physics, and quantum gravity. MUT reproduces 175 SPARC galaxy rotation curves without dark matter, predicts nuclear masses with 0.004% accuracy, and provides explanations for cosmological observations including CMB anisotropies and the Hubble tension.In addition, the framework proposes a minimum length scale for quantum gravity, resolves black hole singularities, and introduces the PRD causal AI framework based on relational physical dynamics.The theory offers 15 falsifiable predictions testable within the next decade, providing clear experimental pathways for validation across astrophysics, cosmology, and fundamental physics.
