Abstract

We present the Diego-Pérez Hypothesis (DPH), a speculative theoretical framework proposing that traversable wormholes may form between two black holes without requiring a classical white hole or exotic matter in the Morris-Thorne sense. The central postulate is that a black hole exhibits dual gravitational properties — simultaneously attracting matter and energy inward while expelling energy outward in the form of antimatter — rendering it functionally equivalent to a combined black-hole/white-hole system. We argue this dual behavior is consistent with Hawking radiation, CP symmetry violation amplified by extreme gravitational fields, and the ER=EPR conjecture of Maldacena and Susskind (2013). Under this framework, two sufficiently entangled black holes, whose gravitational fields are modulated by an external pulsar, could form a stable topological channel. We define six quantified viability requirements with minimum combinatorial thresholds and propose a weighted viability model. The hypothesis is presented as an object of formal theoretical study, inviting rigorous mathematical development within the frameworks of loop quantum gravity and string theory.
