Key Points

  • The aim is to compare health-related quality of life between ivonescimab and pembrolizumab in patients with PD-L1 positive NSCLC.
  • Randomised, double-blind, phase III study design
  • Participants were previously untreated patients with advanced PD-L1 positive NSCLC
  • Comparison of health-related quality of life outcomes between treatments
  • Ivonescimab significantly improved progression-free survival compared to pembrolizumab
  • Safety profile of ivonescimab was manageable
  • Health-related quality of life data were reported from the study

Abstract

In HARMONi-2 study, ivonescimab significantly improved progression free survival (PFS) compared with pembrolizumab in previously untreated patients with advanced PD-L1 positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), with manageable safety profile. Here we reported health-related quality of life (HRQoL) from HARMONi-2.
