Abstract

according to sex.In both molecular mutational subgroups stage remained a strong prognostic determinant.Conclusions: EGFR-and ALK-driven tumours exhibit distinct recurrence dynamics after R0 resection: Although RFS and risk were similar among the two subgroups, EGFR-mutated disease shows delayed recurrence, whereas ALK-rearranged disease shows early recurrence risk.These findings highlight the relevance of molecular status for tailoring postoperative surveillance.Clinical trial identification: NCT02941458.
