Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag stellt die Entwicklung des Open Library Badge als Instrument zur Förderung von Offenheit in Bibliotheken dar. Er beschreibt die Transformation von einer Graswurzelinitiative zur institutionalisierten Arbeitsgemeinschaft im Deutschen Bibliotheksverband und zeigt, wie Bibliotheken ihre Strategien in Bezug auf Offenheit in den vergangenen 10 Jahren weiterentwickelt haben. Besonderes Augenmerk gilt den konzeptionellen Neuerungen des Zertifikats in der aktuellen Auflage, dem Open Library Badge 2025.
