This article addresses one of the most fundamental open questions in the foundations of physics: Where do the lawsof physics come from? Contemporary physical theories assume their laws as primitive axioms and do not explain their origin, stability, or mathematical structure. GTi (Generative Theory of ilons) is proposed as a pre‑relationaland pre‑informational substrate from which physical laws emerge as invariants of generative diagrams. In GTi, ilonsand their morphisms encode primitive generativity, diagrams represent generative configurations, and colimits yield global emergent structures. Physical laws arise as functorial invariants of these structures under different interpretive functors (spectral, geometric, relational, informational). This framework provides a unified explanation for why laws exist,why they are stable, and why they exhibit mathematical form.
