This article undertakes the systematization of principles and norms of international construction contract law with the aim of unifying the legal regulation of international construction projects. The emphasis is placed on analyzing current issues and developing methods of legal standards unification, aimed at enhancing the efficiency and predictability of international construction project execution. The study is grounded in the analysis of international agreements, comparative examination of national legal systems, and their contribution to the establishment of common legal norms in the construction sector.
