InsertSimbioDataApp solution is centered on a .NET 10 console application used to load SIMBIO-SYS-related datasets from local files and send them to remote HTTP endpoints.The main executable relies on a set of internal `INAF.Libraries.Net.*` projects for logging, data access helpers, file readers, resources, and shared SIMBIO-SYS models.
