Abstract

The study tackled the topic of "Combating Corruption as a Fundamental Pillar for Achieving Development: A Study in the Saudi System." It shed light on the impact of administrative corruption on development and human rights, aiming to highlight efforts to combat corruption, achieve reform, and the real progress made in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study emphasized the Kingdom's determination to combat corruption in all its forms.The study revealed that administrative corruption constitutes a major obstacle to achieving development and negatively affects the development environment within the country. Therefore, the study discussed the importance of developing legislation innovatively and flexibly, enhancing transparency and accountability, and supporting community participation in the fight against corruption to promote development. It also stressed the necessity of raising society's awareness about the seriousness of corruption and the importance of comprehensive and effective efforts to combat it.
