Abstract

【摘要】 目的： 研究妊娠期糖尿病（gestational diabetes mellitus，GDM）患者对中医药膳的认知度、接受度及影响因素。 方法： 选择82例GDM患者，分别调查其中医药膳认知度和接受度，采用卡方检验进行中医药膳认知度和接受度的单因素分析，采用多因素Logistic回归分析和向前-LR法筛选变量。 结果： 82例GDM患者中医药膳认知度好者占47.56％（39/82），认知度差者占52.44％（43/82）。认知度好和认知度差患者的年龄、居住地、文化程度、职业、家庭月收入、孕前体质量指数（BMI）、受孕方式、血糖控制方式、血糖监测、接受GDM健康教育等相比较，差异有统计学意义（PPPPP 结论： GDM患者对中医药膳的认知度和接受度均处于较低水平，中医药膳在GDM患者中的推广，依赖于患者对中医药膳认知度的提升。
