Abstract

Методом совместного осаждения гидроксидов получены ксерогели в системе ZrO–YbO–CeO. Изучены их физико-химические свойства. Выявлены закономерности влияния состава на фазообразование в порошках и керамике на основе диоксида циркония. Получены керамические материалы на основе c-ZrO с высокими значениями удельной электропроводности, перспективные для использования в качестве электролитов твердооксидных топливных элементов.
