Abstract

The Malallah Unified Mesh Theory (MUT V3) posits that spacetime is a discrete, tetrahedral lattice formed by the infinite replication of a regular tetrahedron whose vertices are the four Bell states of entangled virtual photon pairs. This geometric structure gives rise to six hierarchical levels n = 0,..., 5, each corresponding to a different geometric element (substrate, vertex, edge, face, cell, and supersaturated bond). The dynamics of the mesh is governed by a discrete action that reduces to the principle of least action, which in turn is equivalent to Prim’s algorithm for finding the minimum spanning tree (MST) of the Bell-state correlation graph. All fundamental coupling constants and particle masses are derived from the tetrahedral geometry and the symmetry group Td, with zero free parameters. We obtain 24 physical quantities – including the fine-structure constant α = π/432, the strong coupling αs = π2/84, the electroweak mixing angle sin2 θW , and the masses of all quarks, leptons, and gauge bosons – with errors uniformly below 1.2% and most below 0.1%. The theory resolves the hierarchy problem, the cosmological constant problem, and the measurement problem, and provides a physical mechanism for the speed of light (the safety system) as an Oobleck-like impedance that converts matter into radiation when the speed limit is approached. Seven testable predictions are presented, including a slow decrease of the gravitational constant G, the absence of spontaneous proton decay, a characteristic 109.47◦ angle for cosmic filament intersections, and the occurrence of neutrinoless double beta decay. MUT V3 is not a model – it is the geometry of the vacuum.
