Abstract

With the construction of spot power market and the high proportion of renewable energy integration, the traditional electrical grid dispatching control system faces many challenges. The purpose of this article is to solve the new problems brought about by the fluctuation and marketization of new energy, improve the capacity of peak regulation and frequency modulation of electrical grid, and ensure the smooth operation of power spot market. Through in-depth study of key technologies such as data analysis of electrical grid active operation and rapid optimization of AGC (Automatic Generation Control) base point plan, this article constructs a model based on MOGA (Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm) to realize dispatching optimization and real-time control technology. Experimental simulation of high proportion of renewable energy integration and bilateral spot market operation scenarios. The results show that compared with the traditional dispatching method, the power generation cost of this method is significantly reduced, and the power consumption can be reduced from about 14,000 yuan to 12,500 yuan in peak hours, which is a big drop. The frequency deviation of electrical grid can always be kept within ±0.1Hz, which effectively improves the stability; The waste energy of new energy is reduced to less than 5%, which improves the absorptive capacity; Market transaction income increased by 15% on average. It can be seen that this technology is feasible and has obvious advantages, which provides an effective solution for high-permeability electrical grid dispatching of new energy.
